The Tsabedze Foundation, established in 2022 by the Tsabedze family, serves as the philanthropic arm of Afrirent Holdings.
We are a registered NPC dedicated to serving our community through impactful and sustainable initiatives. Our PBO Reference No. is 930086647.

TSABEDZE FOUNDATION
Born out of the Tsabedze family’s unwavering belief in the principles of caring and Ubuntu.
The Foundation was born out of the Tsabedze family’s unwavering belief in the principles of caring and Ubuntu. Witnessing the socio-economic challenges in South Africa, particularly in communities like Engonini and Mboyi Sawulo, where poverty, high unemployment rates, and teenage pregnancies are prevalent, the family felt compelled to act. These villages, despite being situated within the resource-rich Gert Sibande district in Mpumalanga Province, continue to face extreme poverty.
The purpose-driven non-profit organisation focused on empowering underprivileged communities in South Africa. Grounded in the principles of Ubuntu, the Foundation believes that meaningful change begins with investing in people. Through education support, skills development, and community upliftment, it creates opportunities that foster long-term impact. Its flexible and responsive approach allows it to address both ongoing social challenges and urgent community needs. By nurturing potential and providing tools for success, the Foundation is helping to build a more inclusive and hopeful future for all.

The Tsabedze Foundation’s community support efforts are driven by the philosophy that everyone deserves access to basic necessities and the opportunity to thrive.
We provide:
- Food Security: Nutritional aid and meal programs for underprivileged communities.
- Clothing Drives: Regular donation programs to provide warmth and dignity to the less fortunate.
- Medical Assistance: Supplying medicine and covering healthcare costs for those in need.
- Skills Training: Various initiatives to equip individuals with practical skills for employment and entrepreneurship.
Through these programs, we ensure that disadvantaged individuals receive the support needed to regain stability and dignity in their lives.
Education & University Sponsorship Program
The Tsabedze Foundation believes that education is the cornerstone of a thriving society. Our university sponsorship program supports ten students annually, covering:

- Accommodation
- Books and Learning Materials
- Living Expenses
Each sponsored student is supported throughout the entirety of their degree, ensuring they can focus on their studies without financial burden.
